Professor at Department of History and Theory of Art and Professor at the Post-Graduate Program in Visual Arts at Escola de Belas Artes-UFRJ. PH.D. in Visual Arts (2008-2012), with emphasis in History and Art Criticism, by EBA-UFRJ, and accomplished stage PDEE by the École Doctorale Arts plastiques, esthétiques & sciences de l’art at Université Paris 1 – Panthéon Sorbonne ( 2010-2011). Master by EBA-UFRJ (2005-2007), Specialist in History of the Twentieth Century Art (2003-2005) and Graduation in Engraving (1999-2002) at the Escola de Música e Belas Artes do Paraná (Embap). He taught theoretical courses at the Escola de Artes Visuais of Parque Lage (2009-2014) and was a member of the Curatorial Committee of Instituto Brasil-Estados Unidos Art Gallery – Ibeu (2009-2013). He also acts as an independent curator.
